Our “4000 Chebyshev Bias Tester” completed testing all primes up to 10*1014 and found 3 first and previously unknown sign-changing zones for ∆{24;17,1}(x), where the value of ∆{24;17,1}(x) equals to -1.
The first prime of these zones is equal to 617139273158713 and is close to 6.18*1014, predicted by American mathematicians Richard H. Hudson and Kevin Ford back in 2001.
